What we build

Complete systems, front end and back end, on Softr + Airtable.

Airtable

Airtable services

The data layer on its own, for teams who need the base right before anything gets built on top of it, or instead of it.

The team

Hiring the team directly

Two routes into the same three people, depending on which half of the stack your problem sits on.

Questions

Choosing between them

The questions that come up once you have seen the list. Anything specific to one service is answered on that service's own page.

Which of these services do I actually need?
If people outside your company need to log in and see only their own records, you need a portal, so start with client portals or marketplaces. If the problem is your own team's process, start with internal tools. If you are validating an idea and need something demo-ready fast, start with an MVP sprint. If the data itself is the problem, the Airtable services cover the base on its own. Not sure, take the two-minute fit check or describe the problem and we will tell you which one fits.
Do I have to choose between Softr and Airtable?
No, and most projects need both. Airtable is the data layer, the schema, the automations and the migrations. Softr is the front end people log into. The Airtable services exist for teams who need the base right before anything gets built on top of it, or instead of it. It is the same three builders either way, so nothing is handed between vendors.
What does a build cost?
Every engagement is a fixed price agreed before work starts. Packages run from $2,500 for a single-role portal to $9,000+ for marketplaces and complex logic, with MVP sprints and internal tools in between. You get the number in writing within 24 hours of the first conversation, and there is no hourly billing on any of it.
How long does a build take?
Between 10 days and 8 weeks depending on scope. A single-role portal ships in 10 days, an MVP sprint in 14, a multi-role portal with integrations in about 3 weeks, and a marketplace or a phased rollout in 4 to 8. The date is fixed alongside the price before work starts, not estimated as we go.
Who owns what you build?
You do. You own the Airtable base and everything else we build, on your own accounts and your own domain. Every package also includes 14 days of free post-launch bug-fixes, and optional retainers start at $500/month afterwards if you want ongoing work.

Not sure yet

Not sure which one you need?

Describe the problem and we'll tell you which of these fits, or tell you that none of them do. That's a cheaper conversation for both of us than the alternative.
