Softr & Airtable development pricing

Every build is a fixed price against a fixed timeline. No hourly billing and no open-ended burn. The four packages below cover most projects; anything outside them gets a scoped quote, usually within 24 hours.

Every package includes 14 days of free post-launch bug-fixes, and you own the Airtable base and everything else we build.

After launch

Every build ends with 14 days of free bug-fixes, and most clients stop there: the whole point of an Airtable back end is that your own team can change fields, views and data without a developer.

When you would rather not, a retainer from $500/month covers ongoing maintenance, new features as you need them, and priority response.

Frequently asked questions

Why Softr + Airtable instead of custom code or Bubble?

Custom code is 5-10× the cost and 4-8× the timeline for the same outcome. Bubble is powerful but slow to build and harder to maintain. Softr + Airtable hits the sweet spot: fast to ship, easy to maintain, scales to thousands of users. We use custom code only when the problem genuinely needs it.

What if my needs change mid-build?

Small adjustments are included. Material scope changes get a written mini-quote so you decide whether to add now or in v2. We don't quietly absorb scope creep, and we don't surprise you with bills.

Do you offer ongoing support after launch?

Every package includes 14 days of free post-launch bug-fixes. After that, optional retainers start at $500/month for ongoing maintenance, new features, and priority response.

What's your revision policy?

Two rounds of revisions are included per build phase. Material scope changes get a written mini-quote so you decide whether to add them now or in v2, and nothing is absorbed quietly or billed as a surprise.
