(1) Services & SOWs
We provide information about and delivery of custom client/internal portals, dashboards,
workflow automation, and related consulting (“Services”). Any specific engagement will be
governed by a proposal, order form, or Statement of Work (SOW) specifying scope, fees,
and timelines. In the event of conflict, the SOW controls.
(2) Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Site unlawfully
- Attempt unauthorized access
- Interfere with security or operations
- Copy, scrape, or reverse-engineer except as permitted by law
(3) Accounts & submissions
If you submit forms or create an account, you will provide accurate information and keep it
current. You are responsible for content submitted through your access.
(4) Fees & payment (for clients)
Fees, milestones, and billing terms are set in the relevant SOW/invoice. Unless stated
otherwise:
- Invoices are due upon receipt
- Late amounts may accrue interest and collection costs
- You’re responsible for applicable taxes (excluding our income taxes)

(5) Intellectual Property
Our IP: The Site and its contents (logos, text, images, software) are owned by us or our licensors and protected by law. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access/use the Site for its intended purpose.
Your IP: You retain rights to content you provide. You grant us a limited license to use it solely to deliver the Services.
(6) Disclaimers
THE SITE AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED (INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT). WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED OR THAT RESULTS WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS.
(7) Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, COVER, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOST PROFITS/REVENUE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY RELATING TO THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED USD $100 OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR SERVICES IN THE 3 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT—WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
(8) Governing Law & Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Mohali (Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar), Punjab, India have exclusive jurisdiction (unless your SOW specifies arbitration).
