The problem
Novolyze required a secure customer-facing portal where prospects and clients could access categorized technical PDF documents through authenticated logins while maintaining scalable permissions and enterprise-ready infrastructure. The company also needed a streamlined demo scheduling process integrated into the portal experience. A Softr-based secure document portal was designed to centralize indexed compliance and monitoring documentation, provide gated access for thousands of users, and support future enterprise scaling through advanced storage and workflow integrations.
What we built
Novolyze partnered on the development of a secure Softr-based client portal designed to provide controlled access to categorized technical and compliance documentation for thousands of external users. The objective was to replace fragmented document-sharing processes with a centralized, scalable, and user-friendly experience capable of supporting enterprise growth.
The platform architecture focused heavily on security, structured document indexing, and scalable permission management. Users would log in to access categorized PDF libraries, search indexed content, and navigate documentation through a clean and organized interface optimized for both prospects and existing customers.

Prospective users could complete a lead capture form selecting areas of interest such as Environmental Monitoring, Sanitation, Process Monitoring, and Smart Validation before being redirected to schedule meetings through a connected calendar platform.
The implementation additionally involved consultation around Softr Enterprise planning, backend scalability considerations, storage architecture, and portal optimization for future growth.
