A branded client portal built on Softr + Airtable for Park Autoz to centralize inquiries, manage car import workflows, enable document sharing, and provide customers with a transparent, trackable experience — including profit tracking and multi-language support.
The problem
Develop a secure, mobile-friendly client portal on Softr + Airtable for Park Autoz to manage the entire car import journey — from customer inquiry to vehicle delivery. The system allows customers and admin to exchange documents, view updates, and communicate efficiently. Admin users can track profits and upload key documents (invoices, bills of lading, inspection reports), while customers can view car details, upload identification, and track progress. The platform is branded to Park Autoz, hosted on their domain, and built for scalability. Phase 1 delivers the MVP (portal setup, file sharing, profit tracking, notifications, branding), while Phase 2 enhances automation with WhatsApp alerts, DocuSign e-signatures, and dynamic agreement generation.
What we built
The Park Autoz client portal digitizes and simplifies the full car import process, giving both customers and admin a seamless, professional platform to manage transactions and documents. Customers can submit their car requirements, receive login credentials, and access all related data — including car details, inspection videos, purchase agreements, invoices, and shipping documents. Admin users can upload key files, manage customer requests, and calculate profit margins using built-in Airtable logic. The system includes secure document sharing, email notifications, and a mobile-optimized interface under Park Autoz’s own domain and branding. Phase 2 will enhance the portal with WhatsApp notifications (Twilio integration), DocuSign for digital signing, and automated agreement generation. The platform also supports future Arabic translation for bilingual accessibility. Built on Softr + Airtable, the solution ensures scalability, data security, and professional presentation aligned with Park Autoz’s premium brand image.
