EvidenceVault™ Customer Portal & Subscription Platform
A subscription-based AI governance platform built with Softr, Airtable, Stripe, and Make, enabling customers to create records, generate compliance reports, manage subscriptions, and track usage through a secure client portal.
The problem
EvidenceVault™ had already developed its governance framework, AI classification methodology, questionnaire logic, scoring system, and PDF report generation process. The next phase was transforming the existing MVP, which relied on Google Forms and Google Sheets, into a professional SaaS platform with customer self-service capabilities, subscription billing, usage tracking, and administrative controls. The goal was to create a scalable no-code solution that would allow organizations to assess and document AI-assisted activities through a secure, subscription-based portal.
What we built
Developed Version 1 of the EvidenceVault™ customer platform by migrating an existing MVP from Google Forms and Google Sheets into a scalable SaaS portal powered by Softr, Airtable, Stripe, and Make. The platform enables organizations to register, subscribe to tiered plans, create AI governance records, generate downloadable PDF reports, and manage their accounts through a secure self-service portal. Subscription plans include configurable monthly usage allowances with automated usage tracking, recurring billing, account management, renewal handling, cancellation workflows, and automated customer notifications. An administrator portal provides customer management, subscription oversight, usage monitoring, failed payment tracking, resource management, and content administration without requiring developer intervention. The system includes role-based permissions, email verification, secure authentication, customer data segregation, automated onboarding, payment processing, and compliance-focused resource management, delivering a complete SaaS foundation for AI governance documentation and reporting.
