FRANceleration Franchise Ecosystem Rebuild
Rebuilding a franchise discovery and sales ecosystem in Softr with a centralized database, native automations, reusable interfaces, and scalable white-label functionality for franchise brands.

The problem
FRANceleration wanted to rebuild its franchise sales and discovery ecosystem in Softr to regain control, simplify its technology stack, and make the platform easier to scale and white-label for different franchise brands. The existing system combined Softr, Airtable, Make.com, native blocks, and custom code, creating undocumented dependencies, manual brand updates, and maintenance challenges. The proposed solution focused on consolidating the database and automations within Softr, replacing legacy custom code with native blocks, and structuring one master database to support multiple brand-specific applications through filtering and reusable interfaces. The goal was to create a system that FRANceleration could manage internally while retaining technical support for more complex improvements and future innovation.
What we built
FRANceleration's existing franchise ecosystem had grown across Softr, Airtable, Make.com, and custom development, making the platform difficult to understand, maintain, and adapt. The rebuild focused on creating a more controlled Softr-based ecosystem with the database and automations consolidated into one platform. Legacy custom code would be replaced with native Softr blocks to ensure global changes to typography, colors, branding, and UI elements could propagate consistently. A centralized database structure would support multiple brand-specific front ends through filtering, allowing FRANceleration to rapidly create branded experiences for new franchise partners without rebuilding the underlying system. The solution was also intended to reduce manual page-by-page content replacement, improve visibility into workflows and integrations, and give the internal team greater ownership of ongoing updates. The project emphasized scalability, faster brand customization, and a long-term technical structure that could evolve alongside FRANceleration's franchise business.
- One master database serving multiple brand-specific front ends through filtering.
- Native Softr blocks in place of legacy custom code.
- Global changes to typography, color and branding that propagate across every brand.
- New franchise partners given a branded experience without rebuilding the system underneath.
- Page-by-page content replacement removed from the update process.
- Workflows and integrations made visible to the internal team.

How we built it
The ecosystem had spread across Softr, Airtable, Make.com and custom development, which is what made it hard to change: nobody could see the whole dependency chain. The rebuild consolidates the database and the automations into Softr so there is one place to look.
Replacing custom code with native blocks is what makes branding propagate globally. Filtering a single base is what lets a new franchise brand get its own front end without a new build underneath it.
