The problem
A healthcare-focused organization required a senior data analyst to bridge the gap between business users and technical data teams. The objective was to translate reporting requirements into actionable data solutions, create complex SQL queries, analyze large datasets, and deliver ad hoc reports and dashboards that supported operational and business decision-making.
What we built
Provided senior-level data analysis support for a healthcare-focused organization by translating non-technical reporting requirements into technical data solutions. Responsibilities included creating and optimizing complex SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS) queries, analyzing operational and business datasets, developing ad hoc reports, and supporting dashboard creation within Tableau and Power BI. The engagement leveraged Databricks for data processing and analytics workflows while helping stakeholders gain meaningful insights from large-scale healthcare data. The role focused on reporting logic, data validation, business intelligence, and delivering actionable analytics to support informed decision-making across the organization.
