WeProgy RFP & Vendor Management System

What we built

The **WeProgy** platform was developed to simplify and digitize the complex procurement and vendor management processes commonly used by government, enterprise, and nonprofit sectors. At its core, the platform serves as an end-to-end RFP (Request for Proposal) lifecycle management system that enables buyers to publish structured procurement opportunities while allowing vendors to register, submit proposals, and track application statuses—all within a single unified interface.

Buyers can create detailed RFPs by filling out standardized multi-step forms covering all essential categories: business info, scope of work, vendor qualifications, evaluation criteria, contract terms, payment conditions, and more. These forms are intelligently segmented and stored in Airtable, enabling seamless updates and structured data management. Vendors, on the other hand, complete an onboarding form that captures compliance certifications, company credentials, NAICS codes, insurance proofs, and performance references. The system also includes options for proposal submission, shortlisting workflows, and automated notifications to streamline communication between procurement officers and suppliers.

The entire system is powered by **Airtable** for data structuring and **Softr** for the web interface, offering a clean, responsive experience across devices. Workflows are automated using **Make.com**, ensuring new RFPs, vendor entries, and proposal submissions trigger the appropriate backend actions like email alerts and approval queues. This platform offers both transparency and efficiency for large-scale procurement ecosystems, ensuring compliance, data integrity, and ease of use for all stakeholders involved.
