Culture Diagnostic MVP Dashboard (SOFTR + Airtable)

The problem

The project focused on rapidly delivering a SaaS-level cultural diagnostic MVP for executive stakeholders. With a strict and compressed timeline, the goal was to transform a complex diagnostic blueprint into a functional SOFTR application backed by Airtable. The solution needed to support six diagnostic modules, present results clearly to executives, and remain extensible for future V2 iterations once market validation was complete.

What we built

This project delivered a V1 cultural diagnostic platform designed for executive review and client demonstrations. The application was built using SOFTR as the front-end and a single, consolidated Airtable base as the data layer. All diagnostic questions across six modules were centrally managed by admins, while end users interacted only with the diagnostic flow and executive dashboards.

The MVP emphasized perception-based leading indicators rather than financial modeling, enabling faster completion and clearer insights. The executive dashboard surfaced domain scores, material risks, cost and exposure signals, and a 90-day risk outlook, all presented in a clean, SaaS-quality interface. Special attention was given to role-based access, read-only executive views, and scalable data relationships so the platform could support multiple companies and future V2 expansion without rework.
