The problem
MyPathway was developed as a centralized workforce management and employee onboarding solution that helps businesses streamline hiring, onboarding, employee communication, and workplace administration. The platform enables organizations to digitally collect employment documents, manage onboarding workflows, conduct weekly employee feedback check-ins, and provide employees with easy access to company resources and workplace updates. Multiple user roles were implemented to support organization owners, admins, employees, and platform-level administrators with secure role-based access and operational control.
What we built
MyPathway is a workforce management and employee onboarding platform designed to simplify how businesses manage employees and workplace operations. The platform allows companies to onboard employees digitally by collecting and organizing employment documents such as offer letters, W-4 forms, agreements, and onboarding paperwork in a centralized system. Businesses can also maintain employee engagement through weekly feedback check-ins, internal updates, and access to office-related resources and information.
The system includes multiple user roles with tailored permissions and workflows. Client Owners have full organizational control, Client Admins manage employees and onboarding operations, Employees complete onboarding and workplace tasks, and Platform Admins oversee the complete multi-client system. The platform was built with scalable role-based architecture, workflow automations, secure document handling, and streamlined employee management processes to improve operational efficiency and employee experience.
