Eagle Eye Client Portal Duplication & Expansion
Rebranded duplication of the Focus NDT portal for Eagle Eye NDT, including initial client setup and integration with the Eagle Eye website.
The problem
Eagle Eye NDT required a dedicated client portal modeled after an existing Focus NDT portal. The project involved duplicating the entire Airtable + Softr architecture, rebranding it with Eagle Eye’s styling, deploying it on their domain, and configuring initial client dashboards for Nutrien and Mosaic. Coordination with both the Eagle Eye and Focus NDT teams was necessary to manage branding assets, establish admin access, and resolve login issues.
The scope included Week 1 delivery of a fully functional, rebranded portal and Week 2 improvements across both portals. Once deployed, the portal was integrated into the Eagle Eye corporate website via a new navigation button. Final steps involved onboarding admins, syncing access levels, testing responsiveness, and planning further enhancements requested by operations.
What we built
The Eagle Eye Portal project required replicating an existing Softr–Airtable client portal and transforming it into a standalone environment aligned with Eagle Eye NDT’s brand identity. The build included creating a new Airtable base, cloning the Softr app, applying updated logos and theme colors, and preparing structured client views for Nutrien and Mosaic.
Collaboration across teams ensured appropriate admin access, workspace permissions, and the resolution of inherited login issues from the Focus NDT portal. After launch, the portal was linked to Eagle Eye’s corporate site with a new “Client Portal” navigation button. Additional support included responsiveness feedback, mobile layout corrections, and coordination for upcoming improvements planned for Week 2 of the engagement. The portal now serves as a secure client-access system for reports, documents, and ongoing project updates.
