The problem
Jagir Pipalia initiated the development of a scalable client portal and checkout system for a done-for-you AI video service. The goal was to create a seamless multi-step checkout experience combined with a secure client dashboard where users can manage orders, track progress, and access delivered video assets. The project focused on building a polished frontend using Softr, structuring a scalable Airtable backend, integrating Stripe for payments, and ensuring a smooth, user-friendly experience aligned with provided mockups.
What we built
This project involves building a complete client-facing system for a done-for-you AI video service, combining a high-converting multi-step checkout flow with a secure and intuitive client portal. The frontend is developed using Softr, while Airtable serves as the backend database to manage orders, users, and delivery workflows.
The checkout experience is designed to guide users through a structured purchase journey, ensuring clarity and ease of use while integrating Stripe for secure payment processing and subscription handling if required.
Post-purchase, users gain access to a dedicated client dashboard where they can track order progress, view status updates, communicate basic requirements, and access delivered video assets including files and links.
The system is designed with scalability in mind, allowing for future enhancements such as expanded service offerings, automation of workflows, improved client communication features, and deeper analytics. The architecture ensures clean data structuring, efficient syncing between Softr and Airtable, and a smooth user experience across devices.
