The problem
Agrifor required a custom ERP portal to digitize seed inventory management and provide complete lot traceability throughout the seed lifecycle. The client had prepared documentation, workflows, and conceptual database structures using Softr AI, but needed a production-ready portal with optimized data architecture, inventory tracking, and business workflows. The solution focused on creating a centralized system for managing seed lots, inventory, and operational processes using Softr with a structured backend.
What we built
Designed and developed a custom ERP portal for Agrifor Seeds using Softr to centralize inventory management, seed lot tracking, and operational workflows. The system enables complete lot traceability from acquisition through storage and distribution while organizing inventory records in a structured database. Existing conceptual documentation and AI-generated database structures were refined into a scalable production solution with optimized workflows, business process automation, document management, and role-based access for day-to-day operations.
