The problem

The client (Jagir Pipalia) was launching a done-for-you AI video service but had no streamlined way for customers to purchase, track, and receive their deliverables.

Orders and delivery were handled manually, with no secure dashboard for clients and no scalable structure behind the scenes.

What we built

A complete client-facing system combining a high-converting checkout with a secure post-purchase portal, all on a scalable Softr + Airtable foundation.

Clients self-serve through purchase and delivery; the service team and admin manage orders and fulfillment behind the scenes.

• Multi-step checkout flow that guides users through a clear, structured purchase journey.
• Stripe-integrated secure payment processing, with subscription handling support.
• Dedicated client dashboard to track order progress and view status updates.
• Delivery workspace where clients access finished video assets (files and links).
• Scalable Airtable backend for orders, users, and delivery workflows with clean Softr ↔ Airtable syncing.
• Pixel-accurate frontend built to the provided mockups, responsive across devices.

How we built it

Softr powered the frontend and was matched closely to the client's mockups, with Airtable as the structured backend for orders, users, and delivery. Stripe handled payments and any recurring billing.

CustomJS smoothed the multi-step checkout experience, and the data model was designed for future expansion (more service types, automation, deeper analytics) without re-architecture.
