Easiva Taiwan — Media & Map

The problem

Chalsey Alina, founder of Easiva Taiwan, needed advanced customization of her existing Softr web app. Softr's native media uploader couldn't let agents preview, reorder, or efficiently manage large property photo galleries, and large galleries caused performance issues.

She also needed an accurate, interactive location picker with coordinate handling that didn't rely on Airtable.

What we built

A dedicated media layer and a map-based location system, integrated into the live Softr portal via Google Cloud — without destabilizing the running application.

Agents manage listings & media, an admin oversees; property viewers consume the output.

• Google Cloud image hosting and server-side processing for large galleries, solving the performance limits.

How we built it

Image hosting and heavy processing were offloaded to Google Cloud Storage and Google Cloud Run, with the Google Maps API handling coordinate capture.

CustomJS embedded the uploader and location picker directly into Softr, and the Softr workflows tied it together. All changes were validated in duplicate staging forms first so the live portal stayed stable throughout.
